All original work created by CodeHub Agency remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights transfer as specified in the project agreement. Our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
