Developer Rights

CodeHub Agency retains the following rights:

Proprietary Code: All custom frameworks, libraries, and tools developed by CodeHub remain our intellectual property
Development Methodologies: Our unique processes, workflows, and methodologies are proprietary
Portfolio Rights: Right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio (with client permission)
Source Code Attribution: Right to include copyright notices and attribution in delivered code
Reusable Components: Rights to reuse generic components and solutions across multiple projects

Client/Owner Rights

Upon full payment and project completion, clients receive:

Project-Specific Code: Full ownership of custom code written specifically for their project
Content Rights: All rights to their own content, data, and materials
Usage Rights: Right to use, modify, and distribute the delivered work
Commercial Rights: Right to use the work for commercial purposes
Derivative Works: Right to create derivative works based on the delivered project

Note: Proprietary CodeHub tools, frameworks, and third-party components remain under their respective licenses.

Third-Party Components

Our projects may include third-party open-source libraries and components. These remain under their original licenses (MIT, GPL, Apache, etc.). We provide documentation of all third-party components and their respective licenses with each project delivery.

Trademark Information

"CodeHub Agency," the CodeHub logo, and all related marks are trademarks of CodeHub Agency. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please provide:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Location of the infringing material
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief
A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
Your physical or electronic signature

License Grant

Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all deliverables are provided under a standard commercial license. This license is non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide, but does not include rights to proprietary CodeHub frameworks, tools, or methodologies.

Prohibited Uses

Without explicit written permission, you may not:

Reproduce or distribute CodeHub proprietary materials
Reverse engineer our proprietary tools or frameworks
Remove copyright or attribution notices
Claim ownership of CodeHub's intellectual property
Use our trademarks without authorization
